How do i redeem my voucher?
ATTENTION all Groupon customers, it is important to click on the correct link, always
use the link contained within your Groupon voucher. Note the time and date on your voucher, you cannot use your voucher until after these times. You should note that we are experiencing unprecedented demand for the Groupon offers. Please allow the time stated in the Groupon advert, timescales do vary dependent upon the product. Make sure you buy the correct voucher for your product as they cannot be varied to purchase different goods. Specific codes are issued for specific sizes and quanities e.g. Double sized mattress or two pillows. Each voucher has an expiry date so make sure you redeem your voucher in good time. Some offers do not include postage costs, so check before purchase. You can pay for postage at the checkout on this site.
When will I get my order?
It will be despatched within the time stated on the voucher.
Who is it being sent through?
We use a variety of couriers including Royal Mail, Hermes and Yodel and it will require a signature.
I ordered some other items at the same time when might I expect these goods?
These will be despatched at the same time, although some goods like mattresses will arrive separately as they are despatched from a different location.

I want a refund on my voucher what do I do?
If you have paid postage we can provide the refund for those costs and cancel your order. To refund the money paid for your voucher, you need to contact Groupon to process the refund on Telephone: 0203 510 0410 E-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org.
What if I want to return the item?
Our normal terms and conditions apply, please contact Customer Services on 0845 094 2800 and obtain a returns number. Once we receive the goods, provided they are unused and in their original packaging, a full refund will be issued by Groupon less any delivery charges.
